SINCE 1955 How hot is the steam being emitted from my Reliable Steamer? The steam temperature at the head on our VIVO steamers is 194°F / 90°C with the PVC Plastic Head and 212°F/100°C with the Metal Head.

My Vivio has stopped steaming or is not giving off enough steam? If you've had the unit for a while and have been using tap water, the unit may be clogged inside. Please refer to your instruction manual on how to clean your unit.

My wrench is missing from my Vivio 500GC/550GC? Check underneath your unit. The wrench is located on the bottom for convenient storage.

We took all of the “good stuff” from our Vivio 100GC and added some things we wished we had thought of years ago. A new shape with a lower center of gravity, a water bottle that fits into a commercial sink for easy fill, a sleek steam head with a yoke for easy removal, a hose covering to make it more comfortable to handle, and a removable hanger. The Vivio 500GC is the garment steamer reimagined.

FABRIC COVERED STEAM HOSE The fabric of the VIVIO 500GC's hose acts as an insulator. This means the hose stays cool during continuous use.
